Glazing beads are cut at 45° or in a V, with clean ends, because they show on the finished joinery. LGF has two glazing bead machines: Beta cuts beads of up to 43 × 140 mm, with two blades at 45° and automatic feed, while Bifra has two blades for V cuts of up to 95 mm, with automatic blade lowering and a depth indicator.
The choice depends on the type of cut. If you need beads with 45° corners, start from Beta; if you have profiles that are cut in a V, Bifra is the right machine. Both are specialised in beads, so they do not replace the saw for the frame profiles: for those, see the double-head saws and the single-head ones. If you work with corner cleats, there are also the corner cleat saws. The datasheets show the standard equipment and what can be ordered on request, and through the Request a quote page you can ask for both models in a single quote. For the general selection criteria, read the guide on cutting saws.
