Arcs, circles and vaults in aluminium are made by bending profiles, and repeatable holes in profiles are made on a dedicated machine. Roll is the LGF universal electromechanical machine for bending aluminium profiles, light alloys and steel tubes, and Drill is the universal profile drilling machine, with two drills at an adjustable distance between 29 and 180 mm and quick drilling height adjustment.
The two do not replace each other, they complement each other: one shapes the profile, the other prepares it for assembly. If you build curved joinery, Roll is the basic machine; if you have many repeated holes on straight profiles, Drill saves time compared with manual machining. For routing and complex machining, see the copy routers and the CNC machining centres, and for the rounded ends of curved joinery, the end milling machines (for example Ronda Digit). The datasheets contain the full specifications, and through the Request a quote page you can ask for both machines in a single quote. See also the machine list for a complete workshop.
