This policy explains what personal data we collect through the lgfromania.ro website, why we use it and what rights you have. Last updated: 14 October 2026.

Who we are

What data we collect

The “Request a quote” form: full name, company, phone, email, county / town, the machine you are interested in, the materials you work with and your message.
The service form: name, phone, machine model and a description of the problem or spare part.
When you contact us directly (phone, email, WhatsApp): the data you give us in the conversation.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in the server logs for security, and the cookies described in the Cookie Policy.

Why we use the data and on what legal basis

To reply to you and send you the quotation or help you asked for: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To protect the website against spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If we enter into a contract: its performance and our legal obligations, for example accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions based on your data, we do not carry out profiling and we do not send you advertising without your consent.

Who we share the data with

Our commercial partner ROGAMA IMPEX E.O.O.D. (Str. Aleksandrovska nr. 97, entr. 5, ground floor, unit 28, 7002 Ruse, Bulgaria, VAT BG 203070995), a company in the European Union, only when the quotation you asked for is issued by this company and only to issue that quotation.
The website hosting provider (ROMARG, Romania), which stores the data on its servers on our behalf.
Public authorities, only when the law requires us to.

We do not sell or rent your data. If you write to us on WhatsApp or open the Google map on the Contact page, WhatsApp (Meta) and Google process the data according to their own privacy policies.

How long we keep the data

We keep the data from quotation and service requests for no more than 3 years from our last contact with you, if no contract is concluded. If we enter into a contract, the documents are kept for the period required by law, for example by accounting legislation.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out before. For any of these requests, write to us at office@lgfromania.ro; we will reply within one month.

You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form data is limited to the people handling your request.

Changes

We may update this policy; the version in force is always the one on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
