CNC machining centres make the holes, routing and slots in profiles from a program, not from manual adjustments, so the same part comes out identical every time. How do you choose? Profile length decides first: Tiger CNC has a working capacity of 470 mm, Junior CNC of 2,550 mm, Phoenix strokes of 2,500–4,000 mm and Orion up to 7 m. On Orion and Phoenix the tool change is automatic; on Tiger CNC it is manual. Also take floor space and compressed air supply into account.
