Curtain wall profiles need special cuts that cannot be made on an ordinary saw: notching and deep cuts at precise angles. LGF curtain wall profile notching machines are fully enclosed, with two blades tilting ±45°. The range has two models: Alfa and Alfa 55; Alfa 55 has digital displays included and a cutting depth of up to 200 mm.
How do you choose between them? Start from the largest profile you machine: the cutting depth and blade size on the datasheet show whether one model is enough. If you also have ordinary window and door profiles, they are cut more economically on a double-head saw or a single-head saw; the notching machines are kept for façade work. For holes and routing on the same profiles, complete the line with a CNC machining centre. You can download the datasheet of each model and ask for a quote on the Request a quote page.
