Machining aluminium produces fine swarf and dust, and a clean workshop means machines that last longer and a safer workplace. LGF industrial extractors collect the swarf from saws and machining machines. Ultra is the high-performance extractor for dust, swarf and liquids, with a three-phase turbine, a 50 l tank and a 20,000 cm² filter. Spiro is for dust and dry metal swarf, with a 120 l tank, 2,300 mmH₂O depression and a 2.2 kW single-phase motor.
How do you choose? If you also extract liquids or need high output, Ultra is the right version; for dry swarf in large quantity and a roomier tank, Spiro. Think about the power supply too: Ultra has a three-phase motor, Spiro a single-phase one. The extractor stands next to the saw, where most swarf is produced, or next to a copy router or a CNC centre. Details and equipment are in the datasheets, and on the Request a quote page you can add the extractor to a quote for the whole workshop. See the complete machine list for a workshop.
