Corner cleat saws

Corner cleats are the parts that join the corners of aluminium frames, and cutting them in series calls for a dedicated machine, not a profile saw. Xeron is the LGF automatic single-head saw for series of 90° cuts: bar feed and cutting are done automatically. It comes in two versions: Xeron Digit, with electronically programmed lengths, and Xeron, with manually set lengths.

To decide between them, think about how many different lengths you cut. If you change length often, electronic programming saves you adjustments; if you cut the same length for a long time, the manual version is enough. Cleats are used at assembly, so the machine fits well in the same workshop as a corner crimping machine. For the profiles themselves, stay with the double-head saws or the single-head ones.
