Copy routers do the routing for locks, handles and other work in aluminium, light alloy and PVC profiles. The LGF range goes from manual models to numerically controlled ones: Tiger M is manual, Tiger SA is semi-automatic, with a 10″ touch screen and saved programs, and Tiger CNC has numerical control and ±0.2 mm tolerance. Duplex machines the profile on 4 sides, with two heads, without moving it from the vices.
For PVC, Apis M / Apis A has a motorised horizontal drilling unit; Tracer and Grafo are single-head routers, and Trac is portable, 40 kg. Choose by volume and by how often you change the job: manual models are simple, while numerically controlled ones repeat the saved programs exactly. If the profiles are long or you work in large series, check in the datasheets what each model can machine and compare with the CNC machining centres. The differences are explained in the guide “CNC centre or copy router”. Each model has its own page, with the PDF datasheet to download.

LGF Tiger CNC – 4-axis CNC copy router
Tiger CNC is a compact CNC copy router with touch screen, for precise machining (±0.2 mm) of aluminium, PVC, steel and stainless steel profiles.

Tiger family
LGF Tiger SA and Tiger M, copy routers for aluminium, PVC, steel and stainless steel: the numerical control and the manual version compared.

LGF Duplex
Duplex is the LGF twin head copy router with independent motors, which machines the profile on 4 sides without moving it from the clamps.

LGF Apis M / Apis A
Apis is the LGF copy router with vertical head and motorised horizontal boring unit, which performs milling for locks, handles and other work in PVC profiles; on version A the boring head feed is automatic.

LGF Tracer
Tracer is the LGF single head copy router which performs milling for locks, handles and other work in aluminium, light alloy and PVC profiles, with a spindle speed of 14,000 rpm.

LGF Grafo
Grafo is the LGF single head copy router with a large template, semi-automatic head descent and rising by push buttons and 565 mm longitudinal stroke.

LGF Trac
Trac is the portable LGF copy router (40 kg) which performs milling for locks, handles and other work in aluminium and PVC profiles, easy to transport.
